Now let me explain one of the best experience I’ve had on this world tour, the best day was when we were in the Atlantic Ocean and some dolphins were following us, then we were bathing with them a while but we had to continue our job: that was going around the world.That day I laughed a lot with my partner, Gloria, 23 years old, a friend of mine since childhood. I know my parents were proud of me, but I missed them. They love me, and I love them too. The day ended, we had a paella for dinner and went to a bed early, the next day we had to get up every early to sail very fast. There were also other days when I lived experiences that I’ll never forget, things I had always dreamed about when was little, some sad, and others very happy.
Oh! It’s time to get up and have breakfast. Today we are going to go through the Antarctica and it’s very cold. We can see icebergs near our boat so we have to be careful. Near us there are two whales that are following us, they are very nice and beautiful so it’s great. It’s time to change the guard with my partner, so I’m going to drink some hot coffee to stay warm. Going around the world with a boat is better than I expected but I miss my family and my friends. Well, now it’s time to have lunch so I see you in five minutes! I’ve finished, so it’s my time to work. We are going through the ice and we are seeing some sea lions and some other sea animals like penguins or polar bears, it’s so cool to see them looking at us sailing. Now it’s time to have dinner and sleep a few hours so, see you on two months!!!!
One day on a World Race boat Today, I have been in a boat, that’s going around the world. We will go through “Estret de Gibraltar”, then, we will go into the atlantic ocean, and also we will go trough the Antartiada, between the ice, and when I arrive to Australia, I’m going to go all around it. At the end of the trip, we will come back the same way. Today, has been a day like every day on this boat, a small boat. I wake up at seven o’clock, and then, I have breakfast. I get dressed at eight o’clock, and I go out, on the deck. Today has also been a very beautiful day, because I’ve seen three dolphins and one seal too, with her head out of the water. I have taken a shower at twelve o’clock, before lunch, at half past one. In the afternoon, I saw another dolphin and many fishes. At the end of the day, I had dinner at half past eight. I hope that every dey will be like this, because the trip is very long, and I need to be very happy!
Hello! My name is Marcel Palet and I’m doing the Barcelona world race. Today I wake up at ten o’clock, I don’t have a good breakfast, I eat some canned eggs and I drink an orange juice. When I’ve finished I go to the deck of my boat and the only thing that I can see is the endless ocean. I take over my partner because he has been in guard all the night. The day is very boring because I don’t do anything, but winning the race is a very good motivation. I miss my parents, my ten years old daughter and my wife a lot. At night I go to sleep and the only thing that I do is think of the experience that I’m living.
I’m going around the world on a boat. Explain your day Hello, I’m Jordi, today I’m going to explain how is a day on the boat. First I get on the boat and go on to the adventure. And when I stay on the boat the first is to organise the ship and prepare the boat for three months of navigation. Then we can see the landscape and relax on the deck. I think that the best thing is to enjoy the landscape and prepare for the next day. Today is the second day on the ship and today we have strong waves. The strong waves finally have already gone and now we’re in calm. Today we’ve seen dolphins and whales swimming in the middle of the ocean, it has been a priceless experience. In the afternoon we could talk to our family and my friends and I am very happy. In the boat we can see sailors and boats that are doing our same race. At night we can relax and enjoy the journey and then go to sleep. This is the last day on the ship. Thank you, I would like to repeat.
I was in my house and I kept on dreaming that I was in a very big boat travelling around the world. But this was only a dream and I wanted it to be real. So, I said so to my father, but he told me it was impossible. I couldn’t forget this for many years.
One day, a new boy came to my school. One day later, he was my friend and he told me that he had a very big boat to travel from Great Britain to Australia. He showed me a photo of his father’s boat. It was very big and nice! So, I asked him if I could travel with him, and he said………….. OK!!!
One month later, we went to the port and I could see my friend’s boat. It was the best day of my life. I travelled from Great Britain to Australia. My friend became to the best friend I knew in my life.

One day on a World Race boat
Today, I have been in a boat, that’s going around the world.
